Will I automatically be supplied a courtesy car whilst my vehicle is being repaired?
Sometimes a repair can be completed whilst you wait with the vehicle, meaning it is not necessary to conduct a vehicle exchange.
If you specifically require a courtesy car then please ask your supplying dealer in advance, or alternatively your claim handler can arrange it on your behalf. Please be aware this will be subject to their available courtesy car fleet and in some circumstances a courtesy vehicle will not be available.
