What if my car breaks down outside of your office hours?

If your vehicle develops a fault outside of our office opening hours, you can still create a claim by using our 24/7 online claims process.
  1. Email us - claims@warrantyprotect.co.uk
  2. Submit a claim via our claims form on our website - www.warrantyprotect.co.uk
  3. Submit a new ticket on your Warranty Protect portal.

These options give us a head start at progressing your claim upon reopening. Once the claim is reviewed we will make contact with you to advise on the correct course of action.

Please remember to not agree or self authorise any claims without receiving written consent from a member of the Warranty Protect team.
